Ordering

By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by the following terms:

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at any time. Cancellations may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the work completed.
• Refunds will only be given in cases of cancellation initiated by me or in cases of emergency related to the client.
• Orders without payment within 48 hours of confirmation will be canceled.
• Payment is accepted via PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN). Please confirm your preferred payment method before ordering.
• You may request updates on your commission, but excessive requests may lead to order cancellation.

Payment Process

• You have two payment options:
  
  • Option 1: A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the sketch phase. After the sketch is reviewed, discussed, and approved, the remaining 50% is due before finalizing the commission.
  • Option 2: Full payment of 100% upfront to begin the commission.
• Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN). Please note that any fees associated with bank transfers must be covered by the client. I will provide the necessary payment details once the order is confirmed.
• Payment must be made in EUR. Please calculate any currency exchange rates or fees before paying to ensure the correct amount is sent.
• After payment has been received, cancellations are not permitted. Please refer to the “Ordering” section for exceptions.

Usage Rights

• You may use your commission for personal purposes, including profile icons, forum signatures, page decorations, etc.
• You may not use the commission for commercial purposes, such as creating merchandise or generating profit.
• You may repost the artwork with proper credit and a link to my Instagram, Twitter, or Tumblr, depending on the platform.
• You may not alter the artwork, remove any watermarks, take credit for the artwork, or trace it.
• I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork and may use it for promotional purposes or to repost on my platforms.

Alterations

• Please specify if you would like me to match colors exactly.
• An approval sketch of your commission will be sent to you before finalizing. This is the time to request changes free of charge. Any changes requested after approval will incur a 10% fee per change.
• Major changes (such as pose or outfit changes) will not be made after the sketch has been approved.
• Minor color adjustments are allowed after approval, but please keep requests minimal.
• I am not responsible for making changes if unclear or low-quality references are provided. Please ensure your references are clear before ordering.

Updates to Terms

I, the artist, reserve the right to update these Terms of Service without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the TOS with each new order to ensure compliance and avoid potential cancellations.
